I just love the background, works very well - especially with the name ‘LightCMS’.
Wow…that really is very nice - the multicolor effect is hard to explain, but it creates a very soothing tone to the site.
I pretty much echo what the others are said. A very colorful, yet toned design with all of the ‘web 2.0′ elements you would expect.
