A decent design - the main selling point being the solid structure. I think the colors could be much better however - it somehow feels a little ‘weak’ as it is.
I think the great thing about this design is how the visitor is drawn to the areas of content immediately. Although the colors may be a little ‘weak’ - it actually works well to attract attention to the right places, in my opinion.
